There are quite a few high quality programs to assist Soldiers make the transition to civilian life, they're through the Army Career Alumni Program (ACAP). Employment/training/education is not really under the V.A. Scope. p.s., it's nice to see a post from you not related to Trump or guns.

Some specific concerns among the veteran community are that Clinton will do away with the V.A., and Veterans will fall under Obama care. Many veterans only source of income is their V.A. disability and/or the stipend their spouses receive through the home health aid program. An unknown fear is will these families be affected if the V.A. Is transformed/eliminated.
