I'm guessing
Reinhart at about 5x6.5mil
Olofsson at 2x3.7mil; technically overpaid due to Kubalik having done more this year arguably.
Ullmark at 2x2.9mil
Would you go after Toews if the price didn’t include Cozens. Supposedly Chicago’s core is rather ticked about the sudden onset rebuild. They would need to retain some salary but actual cash is rather low and he’d make a great 2C.

Here's what I came up with.
Salary wise Toews makes 2 mil this year
Well he’s stuck here because there isn’t a scenario where they trade Eichel and there aren’t gigantic negative consequences to this fan base and even possible protests and or rioting.
Perhaps Adams is playing the long game with intentions to force Vegas to give up more to take MAF off their hands in return for Hutton or making a trade with Vancouver who keeps striking out on Dmen?
I'd rather that happen due to it being more difficult for them to pull off; anything that helps a division rival, especially the Leafs, is a major no no as they gain far more than we would.
There’s a few additional factors you are not mentioning.
Past performance is heavily valued in contract negotiations.
The flat cap will suppress any non-star player.
His career numbers are 37 pts in 82 games and then 31 pts In 56 games. He’s a 2/3 line tweener who hasn’t hit 20 goals yet.
His literal category is going to be heavily squeezed due to the flat cap since 1st liners are paid and 4th liners tend to be a combo of cheap and cap dumps. The remaining money is dispersed and you can’t afford Kahun if he were awarded 4mil without further weakening the rest of the roster
