At the start of the season I said I would roll with the losses and enjoy the wins knowing this is likely another year of development but DAMN its hard not being pissed about a streak like this. S’pose its because of the way the team is currently constructed. Not having guys that will block the kids etc. The imbalance of youth and guys that could help. The lack of depth on D. The lack of capable tenders. The lack of grit. As we can see talent means squat if every other metric is lacking. Soooo I’ll try to give the losing a pass and wait for a win. What else can ya do?

Scary thing is these guys are likely doing everything coach tells them to do.

Someone needs to absolutely level Mathews. Guy gets a free pass.

Lets start with one win. Lay it all on the line for one lousy win. Have a player only meeting and agree that we’ll do whatever it takes scratch and claw our way to one friggin win. How many shots did they have in the 3rd period ? How many of those were quality shots not on the perimeter ? That game was hard to watch.

I realize Boosh is dealing with a lbi but he put up the best possible screen of his own goaltender on the gwg without actually stopping the puck. Felt bad for him on that goal but felt worse for Comrie.

That was frustrating to watch. The canes have a lot of wily players and they also play the pic game to perfection. This is pretty much how the time and space will be in the playoffs if we make it. Imo we have a long ways to go but we also have the youngest team in the league so lots of room for improvement. They will learn from it and move on.
