Not to stick up for the Canadian announcers because I don't even particularly like them but there's homerism from every corner in the olympic games. Everyone does it. If you don't like the Canadian homerism turn the dial over to one of the big American Networks. You can't miss it. On a side note the Bronze medal is a big deal for Canadians in Diving. :doh:

I think within the team dynamic the only way this could ever happen if at all is if the disruptive person were the strongest personality in the group, i.e. the alpha. There's no way in hell Semin is the strongest personality in that room. Whoever is would set him straight. Who really knows if he's as disruptive as people here seem to believe anyways ? Dave Pratt out of Vancouver is claiming the Canucks have held talks with Doan continually since free agency started and are front runners to land him. Claims Doans agent let that little nugget go in conversation with Pratt. Take it for what its worth. Not sure if Pratt has an inside scoop or if he was even talking with Doans agent but thats what he said on rock 101 this morning.
