Really surprising we never took a lazy penalty in that last 8 minutes or so. They were all over us.

Falk meant well but he put us down a man. Guys on this board were all whining about the calls that game but honestly most of those penalties were of the lazy variety. The Nucks played a smart road game , we played stupid.

The officials arm went up as soon as Burrows slashed Lehner. He could have backed off and let the chips fall but instead he went all beady eyed. He has to learn how to control his emotions. League wide that will be discussed before teams play the Sabres. Knock Lehner off his game. Its just that easy.

Last I heard they haven't been to the playoffs in ooooh , 10 years. They deserve to get booed each and every time they appear to not be giving an honest effort. The entire franchise including the ownership need to have their feet held to the fire. Not making the playoffs has to become unacceptable starting now. Keep it in the room Lehner. You had a choice when Burrows was trying to get you off your game. Take one for the team or go batshite crazy and get called. The officials arm shoots up when Burrows slashes your pad and instead of going on a powerplay or it being evened up because of falk coming to your rescue you attack Burrows. This is every teams gameplan when it comes to Lehner. Get him off his game. Burrows has been doing this forever. Worked to a tee last night. Lehner dropping the ball about his team mates after the game will not go over well in that room nor should it.
