I don't mind Lehner speaking his mind. Especially on a team so young but there's got to be some self introspection as well. He may be a leader but he's far from perfect.

There'll be a few available after the playoffs. Most of these teams have higher expectations than the Sabres. We set the bar pretty low.

I'm still in GMTMs corner. I may not last much longer if he can't find a coach thats capable of coaching in todays N.H.L.

Not sure I want to give the effort it takes to watch this one. I'm not seeing much effort from many on this team.

Yeah and the fact that they got past the goalie to hit the post they sure as heck were shots. What else can they be called ? They came off a stick controlled by a player that willed it towards the net. I'd call that a shot. :P Actually this thought came to me out of embarrassment as I watched the Sabres / Kings game when the shots stood at 11-2. Giving us 2 more shots for our 2 posts would have eased the pain I was feeling.

Only a matter of time til the Kings score. Its a shooting gallery out there.
