I hope this deal doesn't come and bite us in the @ss. We gave up too much for these two. I don't care about Stafford and I know they wanted Lemieux but Armia and a first. Yes one of those two but not both. I know so many people I play hockey with saying Buffalo overpaid. I didn't mind Myers but I thought that Winnipeg was desperate to do a deal and who really knows what other teams were offering. Don't get me wrong Kane is a good player but their is a lot of issues here. Hopefully this works out like the McNabb trade. -
And McDavid goes to yep you guess it the guy that started this suffering process. Arizona! He will sell tickets for a struggling fan base and they desperately need offense.

Bogosian is way more physical than Myers. I still think Myers would have moved for some young offensive prospect, + a roster player. I kinda wish we would have seen what other teams wanted to trade for Myers. I just feel that Winnipeg was desperate for a deal and we overpaid by a prospect. Kane probably was gonna get moved anyway and the Jets wanted to make this deal now to make a playoff run. I get the deal but I know I'm gonna hear it saying that's the price for young top 6 forward. I don't care about that first rounder but not two prospects. I'm sure Lemieux is a player they wanted. I guess we will see I thought we overpaid when we traded for McNabb and that deal proved me wrong. That deal looks great right now. Nick D is a young big hard working forward and Hudson could be a stud for years to come. I wondering if Murray plans on moving Hodgson or Grigs since neither might fit the mold of big rugged players. Plus Cody seems like he's in the doghouse.

I don't mind this move minus one of Armia or Lemieux. I feel if Winnipeg called us they were desperate to do this deal. I just feel we overpaid

This is a total tank move trading Enroth was playing better than Nievirth. Murray is clearing out all Regiers guys and wants his guys. I'm kinda wondering if Stewart is kept or moved still.

This deal is . I could see moving Stafford and Myers but this is the best deal we can do for Myers? Then u throw in Lemieux, Armia and a first? This is huge overpayment. I'm not at all happy. I could care less about Stafford. I like Myers and if he were moved I want a great player coming back. With all the drama Kane has been involved in its what's disturbing. But two solid prospects plus a first. Very sad

Wow, I don't like this deal at all we gave up way too much. I'm not that big of an Evander Kane fan anyway. What's next Ennis and another first for what a puck bag.

I don't know if teams are going to pony up with all the $hit that Kane has done. I know I wouldnt.

The only way I trade Myers is if someone is overpaying for him. I want a sure-fire prospect and a young roster player and maybe something else. Their is no need to move Myers otherwise.

God I hope not! Murray get on the horn and start moving these UFA's.

WTF are the sabres doing? We need to lose more games. I will be happy finishing 30th at least guaranteeing one of the big two. After this season it's all about putting the best product on the ice. They need to move all the UFA's for something. I still think they need to keep one of these goalies.

And I still believe this was the reason why LaFontaine left. I think Pegula, Black were so sold on the Penguins model that they wanted a complete rebuild. I agree but I'm excited to see how they can turn it around. Having McDavid or Eichel is a start to having a solid first line. Plus want to see what Murray has in store with all these UFA's. Just hope he doesn't do another Ehrhoff move. I still think he could of kept him and moved him later on and at least got something for him.

I will be more than happy if we get McDavid or Eichel in this draft. I think both of these players are so close it's a win win any way you look at it. What I want Murray to do is try to move back into the top ten and land another solid player. This Marner kid might be a sleeper in this draft. Kid is putting up numbers every game.

I still think getting rid of your best defenseman in Ehrhoff and getting nothing for him was a bone headed move. I know the reasoning but dumb.

The only good thing about Arizona is that Tippet always has them play hard. The games I have watch them play he gets max effort out of his team almost every night. Unlike Nolan.

That's what I have been telling people. I just have this strange feeling that no matter where they finish they are going to win that draft lottery. Arizona doesn't have any really great offensive players coming besides Domi and could use a player like McDavid to fill seats in an already shaky market. God I hope I'm wrong though but that's why I want Buffalo to finish last overall at least they would be guarnteed Eichel and I would be more than happy with that.

Edmonton needs to start pulling away from us just in case they actually win a game or two. I don't trust this stupid lottery so finishing last guarntees us at least Eichel and I would be more than happy with that.

Last night was the first time in awhile that someone laid a hard hit on Kane. I'm just guessing Murray likes his players with size. I know it's early but I don't expect much from Grigs at all. His skating needs work. I just don't see much out of Grigs. Sorry I like guys who can skate and look to improve everyday. Their was a reason why a lot of teams passed on him at the draft. Armia has excellent hands but hoping he has the drive to improve his game.

Both players were picked in the second round. This team has too much at stake to ###### up picks. I know u can't hit on all but this team should be studying and scouting players in their sleep.

I get what your saying but I would rather use those picks this year. Yes I am for this total rebuild and knew this would take awhile but I don't want to wait till another draft to acquire more players plus another 3-5 years to develop. You go that route we will always be in rebuild mode. I would rather see Murray package both late 1st round picks plus a second and possible player and acquire another pick in the top 10. This team needs to finish last at least guaranteeing one of the big two. But Marner seems like he is tearing it up so maybe their is a third player. I just don't know about the kids size. Murray seems like he wants players over 6'0". Those players seem like the can handle the grind of a long playoff run better.
