    I hope so we need to draft a top 2 defenseman and I wouldn't mind another skilled forward.

    I'm listening to the game and it sounds like they have had some chances just not burying them. I'm still wondering about the quality of these chances. I could care less if we severely outshoot a team as long the quality chances are there. If a team gets outshot but the shots are coming from the outside where the goaltender can see it you can outshoot teams every night and still lose. The other problem I have which is good for him but why are we only hearing about Reinhart in front of the net. Other players need to be getting to those spots. To me that's a problem.

    The only issue I have seen is why is it mostly Reinhart constantly going into those so called dirty areas and going to the front of the net to screen the goalies. More players need to be involved in this. The other thing I have seen so far that is troubling is the lack of quality chances and I'm not talking last night. The game against the Leafs Bernier seen almost every shot and really only let up that fluke puck on its side shot by Kane. I get it they out getting more pucks on net and out shooting teams but they need quality chances over quantity.

    Or trading too much for what he wants. Not trying to start anything but I can see why Bogo was traded along with Kane. I like both players a lot but Bogo has been hurt a lot(so far in his career)and Kane was a problem for Winnipeg. So them moving both was easy to do.

    I think we really need Bogo back which should help the defense. It just looks like it's gonna be another long year. Yes their more exciting and I thought this team could contend for that last playoff spot but you can't dig yourself a huge hole right from the get go and expect to climb out of it. This team needs more help on defense and a quality goalie. I know its early but this team could possibly be drafting in the top 5 again.

    I was unable to watch but this is the question for the people that watched. I get they have outshot teams this year but I could care less if you outshoot someone 40-10. To me it seems like the high quality scoring chances aren't where they should be.

    I like him but that's my concern you want to be paid as a top player you need to produce.

    I don't mind O'Reilly but it's the contract that's gonna kill me. Next year 8 million. What happens when Jack is off his entry level and Kane's contract is done. They will both demand equal amount of money. Their lies the problem.

    Ennis has saved this game with his back checking. This is disturbing because their is no reason why we shouldn't be beating the maple leafs. I don't know if I'm a fan of this so called system. These guys just need to skate hard

    Grigrenko= Big Bust, his skating is just average. Look at the league the last couple of years. The best teams are big, fast and have mobile defense.

    Kings don't look like the same team from their cup days. They look slow as Vancouver played a solid defensive game. Losing Richards, Williams, Stool and Voynov seems to be haunting them. I know it's early but they have hardly any solid chances. It should be interesting to see if they still slide.

    That's why Buffalo needs to pull out at least 1 win in the 3 game home stand. Games 4-5 in Florida and Tamp Bay. We could be 0-5.

    Babcock should have stayed in Detroit. Larkin is going to be a superstar in this league. I know is was just the Leafs but he's pretty darn good. Another Red Wing Gem not found in the top of the draft.

    Like most say if this team was to compete for a playoff team this year a lot of players would have to exceed expectations.

    You know what I'm talking about. Those two aren't even on the same level but pay wise is close.
