Keep him ... if Buffalo had any type of strong power play, the penalties he does draw, should help with a few goals. His PK is a lot of fun to watch, too.

I will not be checking back here until tomorrow; I work nights and have been awake since 3:30 yesterday afternoon. BUT ... I called the 1 800 #, and through the automated system, it said that to get it now, it will be 1 payment of $171.80 ( 4 payments of $42.95 ) . I called and talked to a rep, and was told that I am already signed up ( 7 years going!), and that my price is $39.99/ 4 payments, saving me over $11. She offered me free HBO, Starz ... for 3 months, I said 'no' and that I'd rather get a better price on the hockey for being a longtime, faithful paying subscriber. She said, 'I can offer you $10 off/month for 10 months.' Thank you very much ... and good night.

I haven't signed up yet for Center Ice ( I have DirectTV), but according to the commercial I've seen, 'sign up before Oct. 31 and get their 'lowest price in the last 5 years'. Probably like an 'early bird'.

Man, did that start this Friday night with a great laugh! Real cool ... just beat the Senators, because to me, they are right up there with Boston nd philly.

Finally ... an entertaining game (less the first 10 minutes) that actually had some significance. Almost 24 minutes for Myers, made good,quick decisions getting the puck out of the zone. A very good SURPRISING win.

Going to be 50+ degrees here tomorrow ... will have the Sam Adams Summer Ale chilled. I am forever the optimist ...

Miller's mediocrity or the regular defensive lapses* ... I'm hoping those are starting to be minimized.

With a 2 game sample, Enroth SHOULD be getting the chance to play every 3rd or 4th game.

My only night off this week so I can watch it, plenty of beers and a fire. I almost expect a loss, but please TRY for 60 minutes.

I don't get to watch many (live) games this year, and I'm hoping DirectTv will have the Sabres feed. There's a lot going on for MSG so I'm hoping I get RJ. I hate to say it, but Enroth should play .... with good, solid defense ... :blink:

I think Enroth will be in and if RR's thing is defense, maybe Enroth will have a more structured play in front of him. A good test all around.

After a win, it sure makes for entertaining reading.

I've been up since 3:30 yesterday afternoon and have had 3 Harpoon IPA's for 'breakfast'. I'll be up in time to watch the game ... just show me 60 minutes of gritty effort.

My first game with MSG and RJ, really looking forward to it. I think Buffalo has a solid 3-1 win today (and even a goal by Stafford) and a yawner tomorrow.

I thought about that but how do they decide who gets the extra home game?

My regular work schedule is Fri/Sat/Tues nights off, but if Buffalo's first game is anything but Tues night the 15th, I'll be revising my schedule to watch the first game. I'll be right back in ...
