Maybe you are not socializing... but based on amount of cars on the road... parties being busted... political rallies... TG Jewish weddings.... bars unmasked in SoCal... I could go on but people arent listening... Yeh that has a long history in this country and is part of it plus there is a certain immature orneriness where people do what they want regardless of consequences... been that way for a long time. Serves us well except in a pandemic

As far as Wyld and Eleven statements dont agree but understand the point that it would be hard for a total sustained lockdown to occur in US because of the stupidity of people and no control over those people. In command and control countries or those populations that listen better to behavioral norms for this virus than maybe but still think areas that practice better practices have done better.

I have one a smart TV and my phone... usually one is a little delayed... think the phone and you are able to watch goals over again quickly if you happen to look away.

In my drinking days we would bring a keg to the games and watch... Geneseo had 4 kegs along the field for the players. Never played but have a number for friends who did including my brother. Also xrayed a few guys... dislocated shoulders and AC joints that you could drive a truck through, shoulders dropped so far down due those separations.

Still snowing finally a somewhat real snowstorm near NYC, not a Buffalo blizzard... that would be over 3 feet and last 3 + days but hey Ill take what I can get... SNOW!!!

All clean on my follow up Cysto and CT scan... next week get the vaccine cant wait to get back to playing hockey!

I am pretty sure its not... though you never know. My wife and kids didnt get it half our staff who I work in close proximity too didnt including a rad tech whose wife got and quarantined and he and his kids didnt.... I know anecdotal but have heard of post covid spread...

Ps we just fart in my household and as long as we all smell it all is well🤪

Man these night shifts suck specially when then run into day shifts. I am tired of Covid... people please behave... you are killing me and a lot of the rest of the medical staff. I need a vacation like 2 months... but now have nowhere to go... and no one I can visit... grr. I miss playing hockey too.

Is this a covid test?

On the good news front one of my coworkers wife who had covid in March was just tested for antibodies and 9 months later still has them or was reactive to be accurate. Gonna try and get tested because why have vaccine right away if others need it and i still have immunity

Yeh now seeing people positive for both covid and the flu... wtf

Its been interesting and as you all may know I had covid last spring... 11 days of which 4 were scary with symptoms... but I have been thru scarier times working in the US Capitol during 911, getting hit by anthrax, ricin scare, DC sniper and a couple idiots who invaded DC airspace. So I have been trying to keep my co-workers upbeat that there will be and end to this and its coming a lot faster though in many ways its been rougher than those experiences. Be safe take precautions...

We had two nurses a nun volunteer, front desk person and the 8 year old child of an ER tech all pass last spring... a number of others got really sick.

I think we in radiology fall under ER personnel
