Exactly and why post mortem there should be considered debate... not crticism, just for society to decide in the future if in a similar situation an explosive device delivered by a robot v say tear gas, flash bang or some other option should be used. BTW, local police that i know imo are often myopic in their opinions-- good guys but not open minded, maybe as they should be most of the time. Still issue is not only for them to decide.
