You are nuckin futs...hes top 4, nice oulet passes, got better as he played more and tough in corners, his last two games were his best, plus good skater and puck carrier. Yes he needs experience and weight, but think Bill Haight shut down guys who could start breakout.

Have my doubts about Sabres getting Stamkos, Vessey more likely and it may be better for him going Buff v. Leaves... more playing time. Buff is in similar situation to the Oil in that its hard to attract FA, if i had to guess he will stay in Tampa and Buff signs Vessey.

I agree, people think legislatively, Congress should be effecient... but that is anything but what the founders designed and intended. So I agree, the founders would think they achieved success.

So do Sabres abruptly pull out to send a message or do they up the offer to make other teams more uncomfortable say $13 mil... front load it even... Make them pay.

I do think a lot of folks trying to put pawn message out there so that teams can ignore Buffalo offer, but if their's is too low maybe he does come to Buff. Gotta believe Toronto and Detroit struggling with number Buffalo is able to offer. If not given tax issues Stamkos could just sign back in Tampa. No reason to give discount to Toronto given Tax equation with Fla and even NY and not sure Detroit want to go that high.

I agree best idea and let folks think offer still on table even if he walk away to keep price high, then if they balk, do it again at lower price but the same way. Take or leave, but say offering high price.
