I think you underestimate Middlestadt’s speed, he show it in quck bursts and occassionally flies up the wall. He skates different than Jack, not as powerful but better quickness and turning radius. But have great sticks and Jack has a tremendous shot while Casey’s shot very accurate and is a helluv a dangler.

Pond hockey rules, my son took a photo today of pond hockey being played in northern westchester pound ridge park..cant post because cant resize with iphone :( however, we played on the Grover Cleveland golf course ponds... Exactly and the outdoor ponds in around Amherst Ma with kids playing all day are a figment of my imagination..

I do think there is a subliminal tendency to rule in favor of good teams on close calls. Lehner being frustrated with it I am ok with as long as it motivates him to get better. Right now the Bills and Sabres are at a point where they need to take the next step before things go their way. Doesnt help that they are Billsy... still no use complaining, be good enough so it doesnt matter...

If the Sabres were a good team, this would change. They are not going to get the benefit of calls when they don't matter. Either way they need to have the attitude that they need to overcome the calls and don't make it an issue. Hard with a developing team... but they need to take their game to the next level to be even considered. Can understand Lehner's frustration, but probably a good call based on that one pic I saw. They need to shake it off and keep working. It isn't about this year now anyway. They are not coming back from that putrid fall they laid out... So keep working and make some trades to get rid of dead weight and know they need to step it up further.

Our goal is to visit every State by the time my oldest graduates High School. So far... hit 36 States. Last Christmas drove to Berkley CA via route 80. Cold but miraculously no snow. Coming back stopped off at Yosemite... Skied Sundance in Utah, and Eldoro Co. Snow Tubed at Steamboat Springs and sat in a hot tub -5 degrees outside outdoor tub was 105 degrees in Sulpher Springs Co... had to dip head under to get rid of icicles in hair... Have gone Dollywood, Louisville Slugger factory and City Museum in St Louis... Eaten fast food steak there too... Lincoln Nebraska has the greates kids zoo... love Charleston SC and Savanah GA as well as Little 5 Points in Atlanta. Rib House in Amarillo Tx. Need to do North West and AK an Hi still... but greatest trip was in my 20s 3 week bike trip in France quit for a week on the beaches in SW France... near Spanish border... Cap Ferret... Dune de Pila is amazing.
