Sounds like a positive, no BS high energy guy that wont back down when Sabres start dragging... I like it. Maybe we will see 60 minute efforts win or lose next year and hopefully like a CB in football... a short term memory not getting caught up in in game mistakes.

Went to my gym finally succumbed to asking a personal trainer to help me with knee stiffness and right hip soreness what I could to stretch. She showed me and gave my knees quads, right hip and glutes an adjustment. Wow havent felt this good in months and keep your minds outta the gutter. Gonna try those stretches regularly and see if they work. Need to strengthen my quads apparently.

No, said they are not the victims they are made out to be. You hang out in a barber shop, sooner or later you are going to get a haircut.

Dont think anyone said that me included. My point is I dont have sympathy for active users who dont get help. Their families are the victims.

And the thing is those that do accept help often turn their lives around and become productive. Ive seen active schizophrenics ask for help with both addiction and voices and do amazing things, dont tell me I dont care. But I have little time for those unwilling and actively destroying themselves and the people around them.

PS My care would be to get them in detox and long term treatment... if they refuse they're going to one of three places... jail, institutionalized or death. And they are on their own, what happens to them is a product of their choice not to seek help. Also I am sorry for your loss... you are truly one of the victims of the scourge that is addiction. I have lost more than 10 friends and my brother who wouldn't accept help and did a lot of destruction throughout the years, so if I sound frustrated.. you betcha.
