Maybe I’ll watch it in the off-season. I dislike this team so much, there could be naked supermodels performing my wildest fantasies with my favorite comedian telling the funniest jokes I’ve ever heard and I’m still not going to like it. They haven’t earned my attention.

Who thinks Alex Tuch is an NHL superstar? I don’t need him to score 30 goals or get 70 points. I need him to impose his will like he did in the OP. Until him and some other players (either currently on or not on the current roster) do the same, this team is dead in the water. You can’t figure skate your way to a cup.

Who one this roster is going to have the courage to go into the dirty areas and do the things needed to win in a playoff game or race? They have a team entirely made up up perimeter players. Tuch gets there sometimes. Cozens acts like he wants to but have we seen it. All I see is a team that wants to score pretty goals on 30 ft slap shots. Don’t get me started with the defense. Which one of these all offense Dmen is going to be our rock? Someone that clears the crease, gives opponents fear when they enter the zone or god forbid hit anyone when it matters?

If you bring back all of the same players with a different coach, the outcome won’t be much different.

Jacob Trouba seems to be doing fine. Give me someone like him. I’m tired of our guys getting their ***** kicked constantly. I don’t need 15 guys on the roster like that but 3-4 would be nice.

We had this exact same conversation at this point in a previous season. It’s getting old. If there was a shred of evidence that this org gets it and is making strides, the fans may understand. Just Charlie Browning it every season is making my skin crawl. I hate being sober.

Or if you get scored on more than you score, get off the team. If your $11 million dollar player is on the ice “too much” maybe he’s the wrong player.

I’m also curious how often Dahlin puts the puck directly on the opponents stick in prime scoring areas. We know he’s good for at least one goal to go off some part of him and them directly into the net several times a season.

They need more physicality from the top players. And the bottom players. And the prospects. And the draft picks. There is nooooone in any of those guys. Getting rid of Granato may help but it won’t fix this team’s fundamental flaws. They play like they aren’t allowed to touch anyone.

They need to move on from some big names. Power would be a start. Any or all of Dahlin, Thompson and Cozens should be available to anyone asking. I’d trade Skinner to wherever he wants. I don’t care if you have to give away 4 1sts to make it happen. Get that loser off this team.

What good, other than satiating your desires, does Adams expressing anger in a conference with the media do? I don’t care about words. I need action.

Picking the 6 worst players on the team saying they don’t need to be here isn’t exactly breaking news.

I would trade any combination of players and picks for Tkachuk.

Thanks for describing what I was attempting to but I’m too hungover and sick to illicit coherent thought. Everyone loves a winner (apparently except for me last night, to be fair I stopped watching at 2-0), but if you want to appeal to WNY fans, make sure you build the kind of team the fans will appreciate. Hard nose players that play the right way, and work hard.
