Since more moderates were seated in government after their most recent elections and the sanctions lifted, European and Asian investors have been beating a path to Iran and the hope is that this much needed, huge investment will sway the mullahs to not act in ways that could jeopardize this new era of partnerships. And as I said, US investors won't be left in the dust for long.
Of course we are also playing the long game with Iran. Like it or not, they are an ally in the fight against ISIS in the entire region. I understand how distasteful many Americans find that, but it's a reality none the less.
