I agree with everything here, especially the point about perspective. Don’t get me wrong, I like DG as a coach and I like the potential of several current players. As I said above, I just want him to change his messaging. We’ve lost enough, high effort, never say die games so we know his players will compete, regardless. I think the focus has to shift to results.

While I’ve heard several things about Eichel from various people in various places over the years, I can honestly say I’ve not heard one disparaging word about Reinhart. I think JBotts screwed the pooch with Sam which made Sam reluctant to want to stay.

If there is one player I can boo more than Eichel, it’s Taylor Hall. The way he blatantly quit on the ice while he was here is a disgrace to the game; an unforgivable offense and an affront to the hockey gods. Phuck him and all he stands for. If I was given the choice between a Buffalo win and somebody knocking the piss out of Hall as his chiclets flew out of his ugly puss, I’d choose the latter.
