Dude, we get it. You need someone to blame. Greenway has a goal in each of our last two wins. Was that a positive impact orchestrated by KA, or just luck. It's funny how everything good that they did you attribute to getting lucky and everything bad is their fault.

There is absolutely no way to know if any moves could have gotten them farther than where they are now. It’s really easy to say, though, because you can’t be proven wrong, but there is no way to prove that this is true, either. What if they end up making it? Will you take it back and say,”well, I guess they did just had they had to do to make the playoffs?” Also, other than a good (we only needed average) home goalie, what moves that were possible, should have been made? This is the exact year we knew we were getting. It was really tough to watch in spots as the kids matured, but damn, it’s turned out pretty darn nice.

Just wanted to mention that I thought Dahlin was pretty lame on that first goal. Why he went searching for the puck instead of taking out the freakin' guy that shot it and was then driving for the rebound, was baffling, and maybe a little lazy.

I will admit that I’m kinda baffled by this. On what would seem to be an easy day to find a group that could sing the anthems, they somehow found the one group that couldn’t.

That was a great game. Should have put Rousek in the shootout. Shootouts suck. Refs suck. Krebs hit the pipe in OT after an absolute BULLSH!T crosschecking call. GDammit!!!!! Shootouts suck. 9 games left and not eliminated yet. I know we're not going to make it, but it's the best we've had to watch in a long time. That crosschecking penalty ruined a really good loss. FU NHL.

There is no "pace" at this point int the season. There only is what you are.

So, I really don’t think the intention is a playoff push. If it happens, sure, they’ll take it, but I don’t believe it is the focus. With that said, are we going to start seeing some call ups to see what guys are capable of? I’m not sure of the call up rules so I don’t know if that is even an option.

Not to pee in the “beating a good team” cheerios, but NJ has now lost 5 of there last 6 games (granted, their schedule has been brutal.) Let’s hope this win can push them into a little run. Even if they miss, it would be fun.

I’m older, so therefore not afraid of other actual humans. I have never had a problem with going to a bar that has all the packages (it’s not hard to find out) and asking the bartender to put the tv in front of me on the Sabres or Bills game. I had a little 12” tv in the late 90s and no cable. I don’t even think Center Ice was a thing yet. I used to drive almost an hour into NYC to meet friends at a bar in Manhattan to watch the games on ESPN (the ones that were actually on.) We are so spoiled with the amount of hockey we are able to consume now. Love it. If I miss one game?… meh.
