That doesn't seem worth our time either. I would be fine packaging Girgensons as part of a deal for a single roster player coming back, but we really can't be ditching guys like him for picks that may not become roster players for another 3-4 years, if at all.

That's definitely part of it for me as well. But I'm just a guy who, by default, loves a smooth skating defenseman more than any forward.

I haven't been as enamored with season 2 but I think that's because it's hard to top all of the mystery of season 1. It's good, just completely different.

I think you gotta show some mental game even by 16. Gunnar is out to lunch. Maybe he was badly coached? Maybe even ruined as a hockey player by that point?

Problem with Gunnar Stahl is no hockey sense. Dude is loaded with talent but takes what is arguably the dumbest penalty shot in the world against the Ducks. Braindead.
