It can be both, in the worst ways. He doesn't put the time in with the team, he doesn't spends way more time with the Bills, etc, etc. But yet, he wants to be informed of and have his input in the decisions with the Sabres. Basically, he might not spend much time and effort with the Sabres at all....but on the very few occasions he shows up he wants his voice heard and makes decisions.

As many have opined here over the years, he seems to have an uncanny knack for being too involved when he shouldn’t, and not involved when he should. It’s truly a gift.

I'm not sure he can be blamed on any of the goals though, I though he looked good, aggressive as usual.... But the F simply failed to show.
