  1. Past hour
  2. Also true!
  3. In order to get a verdict on the matter, the court will allow this indiscretion.
  4. Russians love the Rangers. Makes Schnieder and Miller more likely to be traded.
  5. Wow, those eighteen months or so that I missed really brought in some quality posters.
  6. Pay Tooch what he’s worth. This team desperately needs credibility.
  7. 3 teams in New York! this is interesting
  8. PSE was dissolved several years ago. Who’s the “we” in Pete’s statement? Weird.
  9. Today
  10. a gentleman's wager it is
  11. 31 players paid attention to their combine preparation.
  12. That deal looks good as the cap increases. He’ll be an offensive and defensive asset for the next few years. After that he becomes serviceable but still a leadership asset to mentor younger guys. Just do it KA.
  13. Well, that seems like a win for Buffalo
  14. Just let them talk, they cannot shut their mouth to save themselves.
  15. Athletic anonymously polled 50 top prospects. Among their questions: Which NHL team would you least like to draft you? One said Buffalo. Seven said Winnipeg (hi @Thorny) 2 each Montreal and Toronto. 31 said they'd be happy with whoever picked them. https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/6390727/2025/06/23/2025-nhl-draft-prospects-player-poll-ncaa/
  16. Ya, Jarmo should know everything there is to know on this idea. Provorov has his issues but adding him to the mix shouldn't make us worse.
  17. Of course Foligno's best days are behind him, but he'd still instantly be the toughest guy on the team and he'd bring in his leadership and work ethic. I'd rather have him in practice yelling at Quinn to pick it up rather than having him on Minnesota shoving Quinn to the ice with one hand and a nasty look. We desperately need some hard tough leaders to help whip these country club kids into shape.
  18. Until the roster set it's tough to say and I don't make money bets but if want a gentleman's bet sure.
  19. How many teams are in the business of acquiring futures with the forthcoming cap increases? Seems like a buyer's market.
  20. I'll bet you 50 bucks Zach Benson produces above the 45pts in 82 mark next year. That's 0.55pts per game or higher.
  21. Yesterday
  22. Ya I worry that you won’t get the old version of Provorov. I don’t think he is a bust, I guess I worded that wrong I think contract regret potential is higher with Provorov vs Gavrikov but again Jarmo traded for Provov so probably knows him too, if Jarmo thinks it’s good I’m okay with it
  23. Watching his play last year, I thought he lacked the caliber of shot to be a first line player. As you point out, Evan Rodriques played most of the season as a top six player. That doesn't mean that he is a top six player. E Rod is an earnest and consistent player who played a lot on the top two lines. However, that doesn't mean that he is a top two-line caliber player and is paid commensurately so. Because of the cap teams are constructed differently. There is a distinction between being on a top line and being a top line player. The pay scale tells how he is ranked as a player.
  24. He’s been around that long already? It feels like he was just drafted maybe 5 years ago. But then again, I can’t even remember what I ate for dinner 2 hours ago.
  25. I miss those days. I know that sounds crazy, but your posts were fun and the Sabres have imploded right after he finally left.
  26. Funny coincidence, my wife likes to call me her supernatural tool on the right occasion.
