If they do not trade him I expect Peterka will get offer sheeted. What Sabres do with that will be anyone's guess. Probably match and then trade.

Harrington had some good questions, which he didn't really answer.

It's ridiculous because he kept his job despite the failure of last season. By not being fired you'd think there'd be a new sense of urgency. An on the clock or one last chance kind of thing but he seems to be moving along like he has this job for life.

“If I’m being honest, I feel bad for the fans (for the internet misinformation and rumors).” Maybe my frustration is making me too emotional. But just that Kevyn? That’s the thing you feel bad about with Sabres fans in mind?

Kevyn had a comment in there about changing from acquiring picks and prospects to getting nhl players as he believes they've built up the org depth now. Dudes totally incapable of having 2 thoughts at once.

I expected nothing from this press conference and it was the usual nothing burger. For me the good question and key answer is late in it. 22:54 is the question and 23:21 is the answer. KA don't care what anyone says or thinks. As ever, they know better. What more do you need to say?

Sabres lost to Florida who won the Stanley Cup!!

Internet mentioned Jarmo is removing himself from the Sabres. Apparently, he had a meeting with KA. K.A. cancelled, said he had something important to do to prepare for the Draft and Free Agency. Jarmo was curious and went to his office anyway. KA was watching Charlie Brown cartoons.

For me, it doesn't matter what KA does positively this offseason. My view on him won't change. His record is his record. I have more animus for the owner who oddly hired him, and intensified my scorn for the owner for retaining him after half a decade of piddling performance. Even if KA has a stellar offseason, it won't be forgotten that he was the person who contributed to driving this damaged vehicle into the the ditch. My judgment is based on the body of work and not a segment of one's work.
