  1. Past hour
  2. I live in Orange County and did not see the game today available on ESPN+. Not every game is on ESPN +. There are TNT exclusives, NHL network exclusives, ESPN exclusives- which require a full cable membership to watch even with the paid app version and then you have games like today, which was available on MSG. If you know a subscriber in western NY you can plug in their cable credentials to the Gotham Sports app. That is how I accessed today’s game. My parents are local so I access with their cable user/password.
  3. Ummm…. Wouldn’t everyone say that?
  4. Went to the game today. I’m used to seeing us get spanked in Raleigh so this was a nice treat. Samuelsson is currently our best defenseman. What a season from him so far. Benson and Zucker really drive this team more than the scoresheet lets on. Lots of good performances today.
  5. I think today was an NHL Network game maybe? So maybe not available on ESPN+? I think the TNT / Max games also usually aren't on ESPN.
  6. I bet that's what you'd say the Leafs are.
  7. Are you using a vpn or something trying to mask or change your location?
  8. I have subscribed to ESPN+ for the last few years. I believe they've rebranded it as ESPN Select. The issue that I have is that some Sabres games are not showing up for me. I see many other NHL games. I try my TV (via Roku), my phone, my tablet, and the game doesn't show up. Today's Sabres-Hurricanes didn't show up during the game for me, and hours later, it's still now showing up in the "On Demand" section. I live in the West, nowhere near the Buffalo or Carolina markets, so it's not a blackout situation. Plus, blacked out games still show up with an icon that has "BLACKED OUT" written across it. I have logged out, logged back in. Refreshed. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing works. This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened this season and I'm getting very frustrated. I look forward to watching Sabres hockey (frequent poor play notwithstanding) and pay an extra fee for a service that's supposed to provide it, and it's sometimes just not there. Two questions: 1) Do others experience this problem? 2) Did others have any trouble seeing today's Sabres-Canes game? Can you see it now, in the "On Demand" area (I still can't). If you have experienced this and know how to fix it, please let me know. I called ESPN and spoke to someone who was very nice, but had no answers for me. I had no issues with the Chicago game on Friday night or (unfortunately) the Calgary game earlier in the week. I also had no issues with the Edmonton and Detroit games. Thank you for your help!
  9. But hey, there’s still Nashville and Calgary.
  10. lol, this from a fan base that hasn’t sniffed a Cup since 1967. Not a single conference championship. No President’s trophies. That’s 58 years of futility.
  11. Being behind the Sabres slaps hard. 😬
  12. Exactly. Selling for pennies on the dollar is not a recipe for success.
  13. We need to see you out one of these years my friend
  14. Or, we wait and see what Norris brings before we decide he's trash.
  15. Today
  16. Honestly, I kind of did forget about Kulich at the moment I wrote that. He's not that vital. Regardless of his goal I still don't like Quinn and would give that spot to Kulich when he comes back. I prefer the 2 way game of Kozak to the pure offense of the third line they went with before. Alternatively just get rid of Krebs. He's pretty useless too. If there was a way to trade Norris I'd do it now if I was the GM. There likely isn't though.
  17. Get 4 points against Blues and Flames at home and they are tied with Boston with a game in hand. So let it stick
  18. UPL playing well, Muel God Like. I feel like I crossed timelines in the multiverse at some point.😝 One of Quinn’s best games. Tage, Tuch and Doan are a load of a line. Tage needs to stay at centre. Sabres officially have quality depth with Rosen and eventually Östlund out of the lineup when Norris returns.
  19. Copy and pasted from what I posted….”elsewhere” And the hockey Gods looked upon the league rinks, and the ice turned a Zamboni'd smooth, and they allowed'th the Sworded Buffalo's to harvest thee 2 points, and they then spoketh unto the league: "We Sayeth unto all, the Leafs of Maple shall falleth from divisional grace, returning to where they hence belong'th, and the meek shall inherit thy place above them".... In the name of the Hanson Brothers, Bobby Ore and Gordie Howe..... So let it be written, So let it be done......
  20. Plus with Pittsburgh upcoming, the Penguins have lost 7 out of their last 9 after a hot start. They are old, pretty slow, and their 2nd and 3rd pair D-men are pretty much a collection of nhl journeymen. They will be well rested though.
  21. Laffs and Rangers in the basement.
  22. Sorry, you can't say Sabres are dead last anymore.
