Watching/listening to his post game interview and his vibes are the anti UPL He's upbeat, humble, and has a sense o' humor THAT'S the kind of player that other's tend to play harder for Plus, it was a mildly dirty deed in poaching his a$$ from StL He should ABSOLUTELY be the main man in net IMO Punt UPL to his future destination (his pouty disposition is reason enough to keep him away from a culture-building project) IDC who #2 is, so long as Mega Meh isn't 1 Quote
HumanSlinky39 Posted 33 minutes ago Report Posted 33 minutes ago Nice win against a hot team. Yeah, they were on the back end of a back-to-back, but so were we. More efforts like that and more Ellis in net. On to the next one... 1 Quote

If it wasn’t for Zuccarello, this would have been a loss in regulation I mean As often as our boys are the victims of the other side of plays like these, it's good to feel what it's like to be the beneficiary of one So, we'll take it AND take cred for it 😃 JUST WIN, BABY!!!! - Al Davis 1 Quote

Go with Lyon and Ellis for the rest of the season. Who's trading for him and how much salary do we have to retain? Not sure TP would give the approval...? Quote
quill Posted 19 minutes ago Report Posted 19 minutes ago A star is born? Or two? What a nice win. I love watching Ellis in goal with the way he will move every limb of his body to fight off a goal. I think he is the quickest of our goalies when it comes to how fast he recovers from the initial shot to get back in position to make a follow-up stop. He's quick like a cat. 1 Quote

I want a GM/HC combination that the league and current roster respect. I don't think he is a saviour but he would be a much needed jolt of skill that this team dearly needs Quote

Rosen should be around right now Quote

There were a few saves tonight where he looked like Charlie Brown on the pitcher's mound when a hit comes zooming through: All limbs, everywhere at once. And yet in a split second he's in place for the next shot. His utter commitment to the save is second among Sabres goalies only to Dominik Hasek. Quote
