They were moving on that last power play. Didn't help but they were moving. I didn't know you can erase a delay of game by high sticking the puck. Quote

The Avalanche have played well and got one excellent video-game type turnover to MacKinnon that became an instant goal for when the AI wants to tie up the game. They have a pulse! 2 Quote

I thought at the very end of last year, his overall play (defensive positioning) slipped a tad, but I chalked it up as a 'blip' in an otherwise breakout season. His positioning and play in all 3 zones seems to not be up to where it needs to be in the first few games this year also. I like McLeod, big fan, but something to watch. Quote
