It would be quite a game if Bettman had allowed the Sabres to acquire McDavid in his draft year. Instead, he wants to Lumbergh us.

I’d be shocked if the Bills allowed the Sabres/NHL to build a hockey rink on top of a natural grass surface while the football season is still going on.

Wonder if the Sabres owner has any juice with the Bills owner?  They might be able to work something out.

What they will work out is Bills Pegula will tell Sabres Pegula, NFW are you putting an ice rink in until after all possible Bills home games(including playoffs) are finished. 😂

We shall see.  Personally, expect there's a better likelihood the early January week 18 game is on the road.  (Probably week 17 too.)  So there's plenty of time to get the rink in & out for New Year's day.
