They sound like they are calling a college game, bombastic homerism, and one of them inviting the other to a strip club for whiskey and cigars while play is going on... Well, the one guy insinuated the other guy was broke “I know you’re watching your wallet” and said that everything was on him. He was very insistent on the other guy coming out for whiskey and cigars. Sounded like he was conspicuously asking the other guy out on a date.
