I get the feeling that teams that play the Sabres now are surprised: these aren’t the same Sabres as earlier on.  They are no longer a terrible team that often doesn’t exert full effort/know what to do within the system.  Nope. Now, the Sabres are a terrible team that gives a good effort/knows what to do within the system. It doesn’t cost teams a goal against or anything, as we don’t have many players with the capacity to regularly put the puck in the net, but dammit, if you aren’t ready for us, you just might get outshot!
