I disagree. I want him out of the GM chair ASAP before any major damage is done. There is no place for OJT for an NHL GM. He should’ve been cutting his teeth and groomed for the job via moving up through the ranks.

Ralph needs to go, but if it is not in conjunction with Adams being demoted back to the hockey academy, and a PoHO being hired to start from scratch, it would just be another exercise in futility. 😞

Ouch! The Pegula’s deserve MAJOR criticism for the hiring of Adams, and the reason they chose him. “... The league is shaking its head. There are so many highly qualified people in the NHL, and it bothers me when I hear the laughter that the Sabres’ GM was running their junior program a year ago.”

One other thought...even if you don't drop the gloves, get in the guys face, and give him a shove, or even a short jab to the head with glove on. Anything is better than NOTHING.

If standing up for yourself is just dropping the gloves and bear hugging the opponent, just do it. If you happen to take a punch or two, it's not going to ruin you...and who knows, maybe you will take a wild swing and connect. One thing is for sure...you will gain much respect from the fans, the coaches, and maybe even some of your wussy teammates.

I've been waiting for someone to bring up the rookie success of Jarvis in the AHL. At least there is no crying about passing on Rossi due to his COVID issues. At least not yet...give it a year. 😂

Not putting in a claim for Stalock is a joke. Hutton clearly isn't working out, Ullmark is out for a month, and the season is fading fast. What could it hurt to bring in Stalock? It is a no brainer, no risk move. ...or is Hutton such a good soldier, that they can't possibly kick him to the curb?

I don't even think Adams would broach the subject with the Pegula's. I honestly believe he is in a position of "don't rock the boat, stay the course". Now if the Pegula's are the ones initiating the topic, that is a completely different story. Same goes for major moves such as trading Eichel or Reinhart.

I absolutely believe this. There is ZERO chance that Adams has the power to fire Ralphie.
