Is Carolina that desperate to bring Aaron Dell in? I watched him live play for the Amerks and he was overmatched in the AHL

Jacob Bryson clears Waivers and was assigned to Rochester
Flashsabre replied to Brawndo's topic in The Aud Club
How can we blame Bryson for the team sucking if he is gone?đ Right move, long overdue. -
Big boost for Canada

Does anyone get knocked around more then Ryan Lindgren?

Commiting to the run. What a concept! Hats off to the O Line today.

Montana and Brady never had great physical measurables. They just thought the game at an elite level. Benson is similar. None of his measurables stand out but his brain lets him process and understand the game at an elite level. He just makes others better. I forget which hockey person said that whatever line Benson is on becomes the best line. His ability to strip pucks and read and intercept plays would make him a valuable player even if he didnât produce offence which he does. Give him a year or two to fill out and get more accustomed to the league and he will be a real force.

Kid would have been a steal at 4th OA

In pure WWE fashion, Chychrun turned on his team and ended up leaving with the opposition Stars.đ

Benson is the real deal. Play him with the top guys. If there was anyway to get rid of Skinner they should do it. Such a disaster defensively. But I donât see that happening. Im interested to see where they are with Quinn in the lineup. Robinson looks like a keeper. Hopefully Greenway is back soon. The backend is still a mess.

What else is new. Kulich scores late in the 3rd to tie it and then scores in OT to win it. Kid just loves scoring big clutch goals Both were his classic PP rockets.

70 and 63 points being put up in the same season is wild.

I believe the word is Apathy at this point

I think the organization needs a fresh start. 13 years of no playoffs on Pegulaâs watch is simple incompetence from the top down. There is no way tickets sales for next season will be anything but ugly. The arena needs repair.

Jackets score in OT

I wrote about this a couple weeks ago. 13 years of this is just too much. There just doesnât seem to be a light at the end of the tunnel. I have stopped watching full games and donât really care. They have all this young talent but it means nothing because the team isnât making any strides. They could luck into Celebrini or Lindstrom in the draft and it wonât make a lick of difference because we have been down this road for so long. I really think a sale is the only solution. Pegula is steadfast with Adams. Adamâs is all in on his plan and nothing has changed. A new owner willing to bring in experienced NHL leadership is the best hope at this point. Its just easier on the mental health not to get angry anymore at the same stuff we have seen for over a decade.

Matt Savoie and Scott Ratzlaff make WJC20 for team Canada
Flashsabre replied to LGR4GM's topic in The Aud Club
Good for Ratzlaff. Hopefully he gets some games and does well. -
Sabres return Matt Savoie to WHL Wenatchee Wild
Flashsabre replied to Brawndo's topic in The Aud Club
Savoie didnât play in either game. Team lost 6-1 to USports team today. -
Never thought he was a good coach. Just the right guy at the right time situation when they won their Cup.
-
Quinn has always exploded his second year in a league. Hopefully the trend continues once he gets back up to speed.

Sabres are loaning Jiri Kulich to Czechia for the WJC

Goalies are voodoo but the Leinonen pick is really becoming an eyesore. -
Sabres are loaning Jiri Kulich to Czechia for the WJC
Flashsabre replied to Brawndo's topic in The Aud Club
He probably asked to go. He seems like the heart and soul of that Czech team. Good for him and good for us if Savoie , Ăstlund, Wahlberg and Kulich are all playing in the tournament -
Dallas looks strong. Will be a tough game Sunday. They have outplayed Philly and KC though.
