Minnesota is the team I think will be in that doesn’t seem to get the publicity in this. With Kaprizov having contract squabbles and demanding a better player to play with, Eichel makes sense. Rossi, Boldy, Dumba is a solid start to a package.

Wow, Friedman saying Tocchet is out as Seattle coach after 3rd interview. Wonder what went wrong. They were also interviewing Quinn so maybe he got it. Friedman also mentioned Sacco and Tony Granato as options.

Kent Johnson at #15, wow. He is the most polarizing player in the draft. Wheeler has him at #2. Extremely skilled kid who needs to put on about 25 pounds. There seems to be some trends forming across rankings. Power at #1, Beniers usually #2, Eklund is gaining steam as a top 4 pick, as is Hughes in the top 5 and Guenther around 8th.

Wow, if Vegas keeps getting no scoring from their forwards and gets bounced will they dive head first into the Eichel sweeps? The more suitors the better.

IF they get 3 OA I think Beniers and Power are the outcome they are hoping for. Just my opinion. Send them back to Michigan and let them develop with Portillo.

What a stupid take. If he was decided at the end of the season they would have announced it. If they announced him as coach at end of the season then people would bitch they didn’t do a real search. They have done a real search, talked to many coaches from all different avenues. People are bitching that they did a real search, that it is taking to long or trying to spin it as, “well they are pretending it is a real search but really it is not.” Some people just want crap to complain about no matter what.

If only there was a two way transition playmaking centre that could fit like a glove with him available.😜

This is why I think 3 OA is so appealing to Adams. If he could come away with Beniers and Power I think he would be thrilled. That is why I think if he gets 3rd too then Beniers might be the 1st pick. Make sure you get the guy Seattle is probably high on as well and role the dice they take someone else at 2 and Power drops to 3. Beniers just fits Adams description of Sabres hockey to a tee.

It think you put Dach and Cozens together again as a power skill top line. Hope you get your Getzlaf-Perry combo for a decade.
