Interesting to watch. I wonder how much a camera and mike crew give away their positions. You would think four guys are easier to spot/hear than two. It must be a real challenge for the film crews to keep up, not to inadvertently reveal the ambushes and follow them down ravines and into the brush when their hauling... I liked the show and will probably watch more of that...

That's my sentiment too. You can erase them from the official count but you can't erase them from history.

I would imagine the NCAA lawyers had to know the legal argument that would be made against their decision. What this does bring to light though is that Penn State might fight back sending this to the courts. Now back to the topic.... I think taking the statue down would suffice. If there are any streets named after Paterno, they should be returned to their previous names. Any future plans to name buildings after him should be cancelled. The entire coaching staff should be changed out, if it hasn't already. Athletes should be allowed to change schools without penalty. That's about as far as I go. I don't support the death penalty. That's exactly the Penn State motto

Suppose someone does in fact vandalize the statue. What's out on the net, stays on the net. Probably nothing ever will come of it, but to say you'd be willing to commit arson doesn't seem smart to me. I recognize it is the heat of the moment statement but still... Some wack-a-doodle out there may have the same thought and might actually inspirationally or independently do just that. If I woke up tomorrow and found out that the statue was burned, guess which name I would be sending to the FBI?
