Well the Icebergs melted down the stretch and finsihed in 9th. Pretty aggravating that my teams lost to Ghost owners the last few weeks. As usual, I had fun and will do it again next year. Good luck to everyone still alive...

A variation of the that theme has been played out in the movies before...

I've gone on record as saying that one of the reasons I like the show is they kill off the cast. Killing Shane off was a risky move for them. He had one of the most compelling characters. They could have done so much more good/bad/evil with him. Must have demanded too much money for a 3rd season. Based on the number of zombies in the woods, my guess is they are going to have to flee the house. Just no way to protect yourself from that many. And oh,, when are they going to run out of gasoline for their vehicles?

I liked the teaser that the woods was teaming with walkers and they were now inbound. Did they discover that you know longer need to be bit to become a Walker? How did the hostage turn into a Walker? Was Shane a Walker. He wasn't bit and came back immediately.

Sure sets next week up for a great finale...

Dale was the last of three characters (Glen and Rick left) that had any sembelance of social conscience. Both Glen and Rick have shown signs of devolving. The inhumanity is on the rise... These next two shows should be interesting..

I agree. Next year we impose a trade deadline that prevents this. The only thing the bottom feeder gets is a different lineup for the last week.

It does seem awkward that a team with no incentives to trade makes a trade with the top team in the league. To his defense though, we were all given the same opportunity. I guess I come down to setting the trade deadline earlier in the season. I like using the NHL deadline as the day. There would be no ambiguity and we all pay attention to that happenings that day so it seems logical.

I suspect it is only going to get worse, not better. His bad judgement/behavior was just rewarded by the organization. What message would you take home from that experience if your were sitting in his shoes?

Remaining schedule is daunting, 11 Road including an end with @Flyers, @Boston and 8 home. Still have 3 B2B with travel in all three. And most immediately in a stretch of 7 games in 10 days of which 6 are on the road... I'm going with Miller on West Coast trips in back to backs...

I have one at home and one in my office. My cost of coffee has skrocketed. I aint going back. I like my coffee tasting exactly the same, cup to cup..

And I expect he'll be on the first line through the road trip and will settle into the third line soon there after. That is the MO we have seen year-in, year-out...
