  1. Boston U vs NorthEastern tonight. Tuch (syr) vs MacDonald (roc), former Buffalo Jr Sabres teammates who earned U15 national champs in 2018.
  2. On the "easy to play against" point and Dahlin swagger, we've lost every game since his a-hole post whistle slapper earning the solid punch in the face. Turning out to be one hell of an effective punch.
  3. And 6-3 in October. MISINFORMATION tweet. As for me, just bummed. We had the fancy stats to support it after 10 games this year. Hoping Mule and Joker get us straight.
  4. 2nd goal was - Quinn, Cozens, Peterka. Bryson, Fitzgerald. After a TV timeout. That's on the coach putting out that line (3 Amerks and a 6/7 d-man wtf) at that point in the game. Well yeah and mostly Quinn who lost the puck battle badly on the boards.
  5. On the BetMGM App, the Sabres odds for Stanley cup went from +10000 on Monday night during 8-3 romp to +5000 today. 🚀 You can still grab them to win the Atlantic for +4000, that is unchanged since Monday. https://sports.ny.betmgm.com/en/sports/hockey-12/betting/usa-9/nhl-34
  6. This is really good. ~25:00 - 49:00. Thanks for posting.
  7. I'm assuming the 7:30 start tomorrow is to accommodate for their travel? Makes for a longer evening coming from ROC but fine vs tired team.
  8. Feels like Western Conference sucks, and Atlantic is gonna be tough as many predicted.
  9. Oh true, good point. Agreed. Pilut is better comparable than Bryson. I feel like Fitz brings at least brings a physical component.
  10. True. Phil Kessel closing in on ironman is cool. Will try to catch the next one.
  11. Thanks for posting this, was planning to find and watch. Transparency is a positive trend. As 1970 siblings, there's a little place in my heart for Canucks fanbase.
  12. I agree it's a tough call but see Olofsson as doing what's asked to do. He's been stronger this year thus far on the perimeter / wall. He's seeking out puck battles in both ends. I think that, along with PP2, is leading to lack of points. My whipping boy is Skinner the turnover machine, but I know it won't happen.
  13. For clarity just in case, it seems the record is for the team's first games, not any four consecutive games. Hopefully he gets one tonight and we can move on to the other mark which carries a lot more stature. Looked it up. 8 games, Mike Green. https://records.nhl.com/records/skater-records/scoring-streaks/longest-consecutive-goal-streak-defenseman
  14. BC vs NE now on ESPN+, 2-2 start of 3rd. Nice appetizer in front of Sabres game.
  15. I felt he was one of the strongest on Saturday. Constantly around the puck, hustling and battling. Maybe he's the next Risto! Hehe.
  16. I'm still stuck on Drury but ok let us know.
  17. Also re Northeastern interest, there's a Fairport kid (Rochester) on the blue line there this year, McDonald. Plays a physical game. Flyers 7th rd'r.
  18. Yup signed on last year and caught a ton of Clarkson games. Looking forward to same this year. Missing Big 10, but otherwise always something interesting on including NHL out of market.
  19. Who? Jk. Not seeing Eichel on the Bet MGM app. Here's who they are offering: P Kane 25.5 Bergeron 27.5 Hyman 28.5 Huberdeau 28.5 Marner 29.5 Rust 29.5 Scheifele 30.5 Fiala 30.5 Tavares 30.5 Tager, Crosby, Johnny, Pettersson, Caufield, 31.5 Meier, Reinhard, Laine 32.5 M Tkachuk, J Norris, Landeskog, Lindholm, 33.5 Ehlers 34.5 Kucherov, Robertson, Forsberg, Point, 35.5 Stamkos, Aho, McKinnon, Zibanejad, Guentzel, 36.5 Barkov, Debrincat 38.5 Rantanen, Pastrnak, 39.5 Kreider, 40.5 Connor 42.5 Kaprizov, 43.5 Ovie 44.5 McDavid 45.5 Draisaitl 49.5 Matthews 57.5!!!! So Vegas says at least 28 players in front of TT. That seams reasonable.
