Actually, yes they are. The fact is the Bills did not address the running game, making them 1 dimensional, they have a banged up O line and the defensive components they picked up this past draft will need a couple of seasons to become true impact players. The Bills aren't going anywhere this season, they have regressed a bit, that's just a fact. It doesn't mean it's the end of the world, but they aren't true Super Bowl contenders this season imho.

Based on Dahlin's play since his arrival in the NHL, he warrants not being listed.

This loss will be a season breaker imho. It was that bad.

I did put a post up in the Eichel thread after he was traded. I asked if we could fire up the trade Dahlin thread, and I wasn't kidding.

Did someone tweet to him reminding him to bring extra love for the game with him? he's going to need it.

They could have just signed me for the 1.25 mil, I can guarantee I would never have played a game this season, and, they would have gotten a couple thousand back in ticket and consession purchases

Where ever this drama ends, it ends with our beloved Sabres rid of this Bruins loving premadonna, and an overwhelming number of us, including myself, are more than happy with that.

Jack is going Vegas, he may get traded to Calgary, but I have no doubt the day he gets traded he's going to Vegas, to celebrate. What happens, in Vegas, stays in Vegas, except herpes, you bring that sheet home Jack....

But, you leave open the possibility it did turn..... Jack, turn on your side, so the machine gets a clear picture... 😀

But have we? Have we seen the effort with consistency in the past 8 to 10 yrs? Somethings different, and not just a new season imho.

I concur he very rarely used speed, but that Nashville OT winner years ago I remember him blowing by the D and scoring with speed. But I do fully concede SDS, he wasn't known for it.

Ah, but was he forced to play a conservative east/west style due to coaching or was it by his own choices? A loaded counter-question of course, because we'll most likely never know the full story I guess.

So, after all the anxiety from some over dismantling the failed rebuild product, it turns out the team is actually looking decent in the season opener. Granted, Montreal looks like an early tire fire, but the Sabres look like an NHL team. I raise my shot glass and beer to you Donny Meatballs, well done Godfather of the resurgence, well done......

Personally could care less if their gone and the show is down to an hour. To be honest, the Sabres have sucked the love of the game out of me while clinching their teeth, Peter and Craig were just ball cupping a painful and extremely bad experience.
