my wife finally got home from her mothers when the eichel fight started and of course she wanted to talk to me, and then ask me questions she knew the answers to already. im like damn it, hockey is on, go back to your mothers for another hour (in reality i paused it and and listened to her and answered her questions)

One thing I will say. Education is way to expensive now. I went to a community college for 2 years and then a computer school. I was able to find a job right at graduation and I have been there since, 20 years now. I haven't looked for a job, but I would hate if I had to go back to school now. I would never be able to recover the money with how much education costs today.

I do coding for the last 20 years. Its giving me a great living but surprisingly the stress is unreal. Not doctor or soldier stress, but there is a lot.

I dont have stats, but I would say that they scored many, if not most of the goals on pp during the wins. Now that teams have figured out they are looking to feed olaffson, he is constantly covered. I see the problem as too much passing looking for perfect one timer. They should be driving to the net constantly during those two minutes looking for rebounds or deflections to pop in. Too many players looking for the perfect shot,when I always thought garbage goals get it done

I dont think Sam is superstar quality that deserves a huge contract for big money. however I think if they can get him for a good money for long term than he should be kept. He should not be on the top line though, I think he should be in second line. I also think middlestat needs some time in the minors. Not a lot of time, but I think he was brought up a little too soon

I completely forgot the sabres were playing until around 11pm. The I checked the score and was glad I missed it. After giving up so many goals the last week or so, maybe the sabres shouldn't trade a defenseman. Or maybe trade for a better one. I know the sabres goalies aren't top pies, but they make a lot of d blunders. (I didn't watch this game, I'm saying in general)

i just finished watching the second episode. it was better than the first. it was over and i was wanting more. its the first time in a long time that anything star wars has kept this much interested. its the best thing to come out of star wars since the original 3.

This game is tough to watch. They are playing with little to no energy until the end of the 2nd. Hopefully they keep that up

i liked the mandalorian as well. i had not realized that dave filoni wrote it. he was the person that worked on the clone wars cartoons, so i suspect this will be closer to the lucas era star wars more than disney era

I signed up for the free trial of the disney+ I was surprised at how much stuff is actually available. I really like that I can stream any star wars movie, like ep4 to 6. I have the bluray but who wants to get up to find it. Tonight I'm going to check out the shows, but I think I might continue with the service for a while

i dont even know how to feel about that game. they looked like they didnt have any major time in the offensive zone, but they didnt seem like they had a lot of time in the defensive zone either. ullmark did ok i suppose. he still gives up a ton of rebounds and in this game it cost the team the 3rd goal. in the last minute of play, they didnt drive the net a ton and seemed to just pass it around waiting for something to open up, but it didnt. i also feel the like the lightning play pretty dirty. like scumbags, i was waiting for retaliation for sobotka, but it never came
