Fair enough, I'm not much for talking to dudes who stick things up their ***** anyhow so it's all good.

Last year it was Alex Tuch by a country mile, seeing him this year it's like he's mediocre at everything and I'm not sure what happened but he hasn't done much this year that makes me think he should lead this team so i selected Rasmus Dahlin but to me he isn't much of a talker so that could also be an issue.

I'm sure they have nothing like that in Phoenix, Boston, Toronto or Las Vegas.

I'm pretty sure the D is set but I don't think Samuelsson is a 2nd liner, I think Ryan Johnson as of now should be in that role, to me he's much more both offensively and defensively but for some reason Granato doesn't feel the same way.

I mean he has 3 stanley cups under his belt, I think this is the type of player the kids can listen too. Even if it's for a short period of time, of course it could be a mott point since he can sign with any team and who knows if he'd even want to be here.

I know he's past his prime and not much left in the tank but he's always been a soldier for many of the playoff teams, he was a big part of the Penguins back to back cups and put up 36 points in Vegas on the bottom 6. I'm not sure what his attitude is or if he'd even sign here but he wouldn't be a bad pickup imo. We've missed 4 shots on net and 2 of them should have been easy goals.

That miss by Thompson is a huge reason we aren't a playoff team, too many times we dont bury those chances.

The only thing I don't really get is why did we send down Ryan Johnson and why bring up Jost/Clague who arent going to be a part of this core going forward? Why not bring up Kulich and Kozak instead? Getting NHL experience for Johnson should be much more important than helping Rochester Americans win games correct? Or am I blowing this out of porportion?

It wont be a buy low with him imo, if I'm picking up a top 6 forward I'd go get Yegor Sharangovich from the Calgary Flames, put him on line 1 with Tage as a LW and Quinn at RW. You can then have a Peterka/Cozens/Tuch line 2 and bury or buy out Jeff Skinner somehwere else.

I didn't dislike Kyle Okposo, I think he really put his heart and soul into the team but this was a necessary move and gald to see him go to a contender. I also found it comical that the guy who has been here since he was drafted (Girgensons) was not dealt, Adams only said "there wasn't a right deal that made sense", so in his eyes keeping a player that will no longer be here at the end of the season makes sense? Unless we plan on re-signing him, wich again how does that make any sense? I'm trying to pull my negativity back a notch (starting after this post lol) and just hope we accidentally find the right people to right the ship.

Nothing will change, Same coach, same poor work ethic, same trash power play. It's really too bad, I thought Adams would be different but rinse and repeat.

Like myself and many have said, this entire coaching staff needs to be purged, they’re clearly not playoff caliber. Tuch and Skinner should not be on the top line. Thompson needs better which I think will be Quinn when he returns and probably a trade for another because I don’t see a top 6 in the AHL unless I’m missing someone. We must get a legit goalie to pair with UPL while Levi develops his game. We can’t assume like we did with the rest of this roster that UPL will continue to play at this level next year.

Unless the entire coaching staff is replaced with a competent staff, this is more of the hockey we'll see on a daily basis. 0 accountability for bad play although half of the team would have to be benched but how do they still look this terrible in all phases this late in the year? If competent coaches dont work then you need to identify the suck on this roster and ship them out.

They look slow, no compete, just happy to hang with the Preds at this point. I'm liking Byram's game so far, seems to be playing sound in both ends so thats at least something to look forward to. I just dont understand why they look like they've been playing 3 games in a row on most nights.
