Yeah agree pretty much. Not too much moves as no idea what botts may pull off.

Whats everyone's thoughts on how the roseter will look next season taking into account the following: 1/ Final draft postition 1-4? 2/ Possible trade of ROR or Risto 3/ Free Agency Signings 4/ Other trades made Not a great start by Rochester in the play offs but Syracuse are a good team and i am still happy with Ullmark, Guhle, Bailey and Baptiste being in Buffalo next season if they make it out a camp. Hopefully CJ can make the roster and Nylander looked ok when he was up. Hopefully Nelson can also be signed. Will Oloffson, Asplund make an impact? My thinking something like this: FA-ROR-Reinhart Nylander-Eichel-Okposo Rodrigues-Mittlestadt-Baptiste CJ Smith-Malone-Bailey Dahlin-FA Risto-Scandella Guhle-Nelson Ullmark FA

Hopefully he signs and we have two first round picks in 2019 :)

not sure on this, not sure if he wants out. if i was botts i would be moving risto first and that would depend on getting dahlin. But if ROR doesnt want to be here do we just go our seperate ways??

Just wonder what botts will do if we don't land Dahlin. Got a feeling he will go for a D man even if we are 2nd or 3rd going into the draft. Hope he doesn't as we cant pass up on drafting Svechnikov or Zadina

Going to be interesting. Wonder when this might happen if it does - draft or free agency??

I hope too that is the case that we go for youth and speed, if we get dahlin great and even without him hopefully botts and housley will still be able to implement this.

I like coming on here and reading everyone's posts and the differing opinions. Love following this team even this season has been beyond hard but enjoy coming on here to engage with some of you long suffering fans :) long may it continue and i long for the day when we are competing at the other end of the league.

id be happy with CJ, Bailey and baptiste replacing what we have currently in the bottom 6, would be happy with these lines: FA-Oreilly-Reinhart Erod-Eichel-Svechnikov(hopefully) CJ-Mittlestadt-Okposo Bailey-Malone/Fasching-Baptiste Please no more Larrson/Nolan

Like you say we will still get a good player though. I am grateful that this years draft gives us that opportunity.

No idea what the lines will look like next year. If Casey is in there then great. And if not dahlin added then hopefully one of Zadina/Svechnikov/Tkachuk/Wahlstrom will be ready. i would like to think botts will go for one of those 4 if we dont pick no 1 overall. One thing about the last 4 games i would like to think that these games have made up botts mind in this evaluation season about who needs to go.

Hopefully get Zadina or Svechnikov. What will happen with Casey?? Would expect Smith to get an opportunity and if Oloffson impresses at camp get him in.

Would like to see Nylander get a call up in the remaining games although unlikely.

Hopefully with changes in the summer we are ready to go come October to at least be more competitive and compete every night. It just frustrates me that we bring our best game to the table when we compete against the best and then leave it behind when we take on teams down beside us.

Last night was not good yeah, but posts like the one above still give me hope for next season. Although it is frustrating that we cant find it within ourselves to raise our game/energy levels against teams round about us. There are players on the roster now who can make this right, just need now to find the ones to play with them so we can take things to the next level.

Are we likely to see the following: Sabres Bailey and Baptiste to take the bottom 6 RW slots?? (although where would that leave pommer??) CJ Smith - Does he earn a LW spot (top 6, bottom 6??) Guhle - Hopefully done enough Ullmark - Should start here next season, but as no 1?? Nelson - Hopefully shown enough to earn another deal? Fasching - Unsure on this one, summer trade bait at free agency? Nylander - remains in Rochester?? (thanks Tim Murray) 2018 1st rounder - Dahlin (please) if not Dahlin then no idea if Botts goes top 3 forwards or picks up one of the other dmen in the top 10?? Rochester Johannson - To replace Ullmark Pu Asplund Oloffson Mittlestadt - If he leaves college Borgen - hopefully?? Fitzgerald Thoughts??
