Too early to call KA/Karmanos team losers. I think Regier was not a loser and with very limited resources did quite well. The past few GM's I tend to agree although some moves by them were not completely their independent decisions probably.

Agree. So many posters have just assumed KA is not smart. I honestly think he may be smarter than his two predecessors. True he's inexperienced but between him and Karmanos let's see. I think anyone from within this organization is immediately rejected by a sector of fans.

That's a real concern I would think all the possibilities are being investigated by the team. Frankly it would seem a possibility they would end up eating part of his contract to move him. Hope it doesn't come to that.

I'll be surprised if teams aren't concerned about Jack for health reasons. We have a season in any case to get that sorted out before taking a deep discount most likely by trading him now.

It's a legitimate question. I wish he had taken over weeks before but it didn't. I think any new coach is apt to get a bit of a bounce. I think , for me, I not only liked the clubs response I liked what he's had to say about coaching. Also, if you hire anyone but an established NHL coach why not Granato? It's not like he has no coaching experience.

I think all of us looking in our rear view mirror can see we've said things we'd like to take back or re-state. Heck, I've even recieved a warning (well deserved) once. Let's hug away and be passionate about our beloved, frustrating Sabres.

Yes, we probably do disagree, particularly on Torts, but I respect your opinion and think I have some understanding of why you have your opinion. Do hope you're not leaving us whoever they hire.

I don't think hiring just to fit players is a good idea but could it be one thing amoung other considerations? Absolutely. That's one reason I wouldn't want Torts.

I don't think this was ever really anything but rumor based on nothing credible. What's new that's what we do.
