I've always been a fan of extremely skilled scoring forwards. Alexander Mogilny, for all his flaws is my favorite Sabre. I have been watching since 1992-93 time frame, but I always preferred Jagr, Lemieux, Pure and so on. At the same time, Mogilny just oozed that talent. In time that could be changed by someone like Eichel, Dahlin if they show the long term achievable success.

I really want to understand Adams work on the players he's signed for 700K, there are twenty better players than Fogarty. That being said, he's quality AHL depth.

Fix the goal tending. Get Raanta from Arizona and move on. Trade Hutton and his expiring as part of the deal.

At the end of the day, I think Jeff Skinner is the type of player that wants to win. He got his term and AAV so he's set in terms of that regard, at this point I'm sure he wants to win. He has a chance to play with a former teammate who can produce.

I'm good with Middelstadt and a 2nd for Kuemper. I think you'd have to really tempt Arizona to move on from Kuemper. But, he's the best fit for this team. This is what gives Buffalo a bad name. Wallmark and Wennberg. Those are two guys I'd be after for bottom six center roles. Depending on what happens with Larsson.

This is the worst drafting team in the NHL for the past 10 years. They don't have a player outside of Asplund past the first round that has played a single game. It just goes to show, that a new general manager who "works well" with the owners, and "understands our feelings" is going to be nothing more than a god damned yes man. Jack Quinn, is only mentioned as a natural goal scorer with a shot. That's a "one dimensional" hockey player at definition. I will admit, I haven't watched a ton of tape, because I didn't think we'd be taking a player ranked anywhere between 10-16. I was more involved in two way centermen. Once again, we have center issues, and settling on a 37 year old being your answer, is a short term view, not long term realistic view. If Quinn is who you believe is the best talent on the board at 8, I want someone else laying the decision making. Sell the team Terry, you have a profitable football franchise that will make you more money. Yes, I'm overly angry at everything, but I was hoping that analytics would put a player like Marco Rossi, or Anton Lundell over. Instead, we got an overager, who does one thing well. This screams to the Pegula's seeing that we didn't score enough goals, and going for a one dimensional player in Jack Quinn. Quinn is a quality hockey player and a first round talent, but this is such a ***** microcosm of how terrible this team is run.
