    Worked some OT today. Super friggin cold and super squirrelly work. I fell and banged my head fairly hard. My face is bright red, somewhat like I've survived a nuclear blast from a distance. Anyways I'm still here and the awesome part is making 12 hrs pay for 6 hrs toil. I'm drinking beers and soaking in my bacta tank... Giggidy.

    I still find it hard to believe the vets would make a first round draft pick(one that's probably better now than they all hoped to be) clean the bus. The captain must have been fine with it. The kids are new to the A but not to hockey. They're your friggin teammate after all. Seems they deserve more respect than that. I'm sure Alex would agree with me.

    I took a pic of the game notes that night because it seemed like a weird thing to me. I'll put the notes up here when I'm home from work later so everyone can make up their own mind about it. I personally don't think there's any need to haze the young guys in a pro league.

    I've had more than a moment to think about this now and have just had a thought. In those same game notes where I learned that Alex lived with Cal he was asked about what it was like with the players. He said something about having to clean the bus after road games. Seemed weird they would make him the punk. That made me realize that every time that kid got ragged Anned not one single player ever came to his defense. I'm thinking Cal may have very well been toxic to this team.

    I'm suggesting a symbiotic relationship. Cal is gone from the scene and Alex scores a goal and an assist. I'm throwing darts here but the whole things seems bizarre to me.

    I've heard that. True or not Amerks are a bottom dweller. Amerks also have the AHL save leader in net. Go figure.

    So maybe Alex has been exposed to a poor role model? I've seen him phoning it in all season. It's been pathetic.

    I read in the game notes one night that Nylander has been living with Cal and his wife. How big a problem we talking here? Beyond on the ice stuff?

    I should add that one need not feel obligated to hang out or do the pre game if I give you a ticket. I could leave you one at will call. You can stop by our seats to say hi or just watch the game. Is all good.

    Cool. So far it's you, MODO and me. Cereal, you in? Plenty of time for others to join us. I have 10 or so tickets as of now. I'll pm all you guys before long. I'm considering taking that day off from work depending on MODO's travel plans. I even hope to convince Mrs. iT to drive for us. If we get enough folks we could even charter a ride of some sort. I'm looking to get my drink on if at all possible.

    As the mentioned upthread I have unused season tickets I can redeem for that game. So far I have MODO on the list for certain. You and Cereal are the only others that have shown interest so far. If you guys are in I'll add you to the list. I have several tickets available(I'll do a count when I'm home later) so if you guys want one just let me know. They just go to waste otherwise.

    Fedun assisted on Bodie's second goal. I was chatting up a good friend I haven't seen in a while so I don't know the final shot total but at one point in the third we were out shooting them 42-15. When the hell does that ever happen?

    He is right where he needs to be. Maybe after an offseason of the weight room and an all cheeseburger diet(assuming he could still skate afterwards) he'll be ready for a bigger role? He was thrown around a few times tonight. I hope I don't have to start referring to him as Raggedy Alex. Anyways we actually beat the Sound tonight in OT.

    You know I'm going. As a matter of fact I will have multiple unused season tickets I'll be able to convert for that game.(Mrs. iT misses a lot due to work) You're already promised one. Anyone else wants to go feel free to let me know. I'll need a couple weeks notice depending on how many I'm redeeming. I'm suggesting the Brewhouse pregame.

When people ask a question they are looking for an answer.
