Yankees just got two extra runs from “meh” calls. Stanton strikes out but they give him a walk then Voit tags up and was logically out by about six inches but the call stands in review. Baseball gonna baseball.

The Sabres number font is apparently extremely elusive. EA didn’t have the numbers right for years (I think they still don’t have the exact one) and the Sabres social media team actually apparently doesn’t have access to it. I have no idea what it is either.

Idk where you’re seeing this. The NHL and Seattle officials both publicly stated it will be 2020. Vegas should definitely be included, though, that’s dumb. They will not get a portion of the expansion fee because of this so at least there’s that.

Blech. Why Cubs > Milwaukee? I don’t dislike the Cubs but they recently won, have won in the last and are the much bigger market. Really hoping Colorado pulls it off so we’re guaranteed one of the Rockies/Brewers in the NLCS.

My worry with sending Nylander down is that he has been brutal in Rochester. There is a different style in the AHL vs NHL and maybe he’s more of a fit for the NHL. Some guys just are, as weird as it is. I don’t want to kill his confidence and would like to see him in blue and gold.

Some guys have the talent and mind to transcend their situation. I don’t know if Mahomes is one of those. I also don’t know if Allen is.

For what it’s worth Preds fans seems to feel similarly about Dougherty as we do Baptiste.

I think so, too. Which makes it more fun. But I also imagine these leagues don’t really get hurt THAT much. It creates new fans in areas they might not have a strong foothold and allows them to showcase parity.

Matthews should’ve already been working out for this team. That one is obvious. Not sure if he has interest.

I am also legit serious when I say I think there are absolutely street free agents that could be better than this group within a couple weeks. I even think TO could do better than Benjamin right now.
