It's really amazing what Sean McVay has done with Jared Goff. Goff looked like an all-time bust as a rookie, and now looks like the guy I was a big fan of in college. I'm honestly not sure I've ever seen such a stark 180 for any player after a coaching change.

This is precisely what my friends have to do, more often than not. Maybe city schools treat it differently? My friends who teach in various 'burbs typically have to go in for staff development days if the only reason for closure is the cold.
