    When I saw the draft results I was thinking 1. leafs get their #1 center 2. jets can't pass on laine, but they really need a #1C 3. Jackets can't pass on Pulju either but really need that #1C after trading johansson.

    Yeah and that was the plan all along, be 100% sure you get Eichel, and it was a hard fought tank. Barely beat out the oilers and coyotes :p

    Wouldn't be so quick Moulson for another albatros. The moulson buyout is very capfriendly after next season.

    Stopped reading after that quote. Allthough its nice to see a club outside of the usual ones win the EPL. The owner of Leicester is a Thai/Chinese national with a networth of 2.5 billion €. The club got warned by Uefa for breaking financial fair play rules and subsequently did the same as other big European clubs and found backdoor loopholes to those rules. Lets not got overly Romantic about this :p

    Not really marvel or DC related but watched the hunger games trilogy and now I'm left wondering why its so popular. #1. Wasn't to bad , bit entertaining should have ended right there. #2. Seems they jumped ahead and the storyline wasn't easy to follow if you hadn't read the books, + boring as hell to. #3. To predictable all around and boring until they got into the tunnels , then boring again.

    Edmonton will take a D for sure I think, Canucks might to. But Dubois fills a need for the Canucks as well. One of Sergachev or Juolevi will be on the board at #8 though.

    Was thinking what we could offer but don't think they'd want anything we would offer. Doubt murray would part with Reinhart and certainly not Eichel or O'Reilly. And if the vessey rumours are true we don't need one :p

    Could have been worse, could be picking #9 or #10 with the sens, canadians or bruins in top 3 as well :p Also looking at it, the jets and blue jackets are bit screwed, they have enough wingers they need a 1C. Don't think Chychrun will be around so it will be Juolevi or Sergachev.

    going to start drinking in an hour :D Might as well trade Larsson or Girgensons for that pick if you want to draft a 3rd liner. We got our 3rd and 4th line set, what we need is more high end talent on D or LW.

So only NMC's will be force protected. So this would leave Moulson with a modified NTC wide open to be taken for example. But Bogosian with NMC is force protected.
