    Yes, I do like the direction they are going here. Can never have enough defenseman. Yes, it will take time, our team is so young. We should be patient with them. Rome was not build in a day.

    That's where I am. This time last year that's how I was on Middlesadt, (sic) but then I saw him play and the more I saw the more impressed I was. At this point I just don't have any real opinion because I am 100% ignorant of his play.

    Yes, and most free agents are going to be older players. And the only way I would trade ROR is if we got younger in the process. I totally agree with your idea on the timing. I'd still go out and sign Vanek but only because he seems cheap and won't be a long term burden financially. Jack needs a talented winger no matter what.

    Seriously, if the goaltending situation is not fixed then there is no way we get off the floor. Fix that and this team is at least on its way to better things. Trading Risto, to me, borders on insanity.

    He is the player I am most excited to watch next season. Was really impressed with him. I'd be shocked if he didn't get significant power play time and I'd be pissed if he gets stuck on the third line with unskilled players (Okposo is fine, Rodriguez might work, not sure). He seems more of a play maker than goal scorer right now, so I'll go with 13 goals and 33 assists. this!!!!
