Sure. Where at?

Amazing weekend. Quick, felt like a blur. Reconnected with some close friends, drank and ate soooo much, jumped up and caught a frisbee while spilling beer all over myself. It was kind of weird (and really cool) seeing my mom and dad's families hanging out together (my parents got divorced when I was 5). And last night my girlfriend and I saw Beyonce in Philly. This September kicked all kinds of ass.

Hmmmm... I wonder why you seem to get in arguments with pretty much everyone all the time. Ah, yes, it's because the problem is this place. This place is tough. :(

We could definitely use a good #2 to round our defense out. I'm pretty concerned about our defense if Risto goes out. Hopefully McCabe will show progress and Bogo won't (continue to) suck. I don't know a lot about Kulikov but I recall Panthers fans saying he had a good year last season.

I think his ceiling is 2nd line center. If he reaches that, our centers go from absurd to bonkers.

You guys remember during the tank season when Larsson racked up a bunch of points between Ennis and Moulson? I think we're going to see a mix of that Larsson and last season's Larsson. Shutting the other teams down AND scoring on the regs.

I don't really see this happening. Zemgus is a defensively responsible player, but I don't think his defense is actively good enough to anchor Hot Daniel's 3rd line. To my eye, Larsson is much tougher to play against.

You probably have more reasonable expectations than I do for Zemgus, given his most recent season. I still have hope for him as a top 6er long term. I could see him being Jack's Kunitz.

Oh, great, 11 is on my side. Now I REALLY feel like a buzz kill.

Even if Kane is on his game, I think he serves us better on Larsson's wing than Eichel or O'Reilly's. Since I know Hot Daniel's gonna do it again, I'll live with Kane Eichel Samson for 2 games. After it's obvious that it's not working and last year's success was a flash in the pan, I'll have to struggle for 3-4 extra games before they're broken up. Then, I give it until March that HD actually tries Kane and Larsson together.

It seems like I'm the only one on the entire board that doesn't find Pu-ns funny.

Girgensons at center makes no sense to me. Once we're cup contenders, Girgensons and O'Reilly should only play center when we need them to (ie Samson/Eichel/Larsson goes down).

Larsson's line is going to be scoring a lot more than people think. I wince every time I see people projecting the 4th line for him.

I want ROR - Eichel - Okposo so bad and I know Dan's never going to do it.

I've got faith in that group. At least 1 will be a top 6er.

My brother's wedding is tomorrow. It's happening in a field. Tomorrow morning, he rented out the Arena for a morning skate. It's gonna be off the hook. Also, I'm getting a bunch of texts from old friends just getting into town tonight for the celebration. Off the hoooook!
