There seem to be two different discussions happening at the same time and the streams are getting crossed. The NFL's marijuana policy is stupid and archaic. and Marcell Dareus is a dummy who shouldn't be smoking weed. The two aren't exclusive thoughts. I'm pretty sure most in this thread have agreed to both of those things. @Wjag: Alcohol is a much more dangerous drug than marijuana. I think the NFL's rules on marijuana are causing bad press, not marijuana in and of itself.

I'm OBSESSED with this song/video right now. I've played these kinds of jams before, where somebody is so good that you and the other musicians are shooting each other looks with the thoughts "How good are they? How good do we sound right now?" Vulfpeck is a good funk group. They're at their best when they have a featured musician (like Blake Mills, the slide guitar player) or a singer. All their songs with gospel singer Antwaun Stanley are great.

I haven't voted a single time. I've learned all I know about Sabres history from this board, so my votes would basically be an amalgam of opinions from posters on this board that I love filtered by my own bias. I feel like that vote can only lower the value of the results.

I saw Ouija: Origin of Evil last night. It's the prequel to Ouija, which came out in 2014 (currently sporting a 7% on rotten tomatoes). It was pretty good. I never got really into it or got scared, but I respect the movie a lot. The director is REALLY into the depth of shots. It felt like an homage to movies that were adapted from the stage. The filmmaking was all about two subjects in the frame with a very narrow focus. It created a really neat feeling, even though it didn't always feel justified in the story. There are some funny bits, and some silly bits (intentional and otherwise), but most importantly this movie wasn't ashamed of itself at all. I've come to despise the trailer, which I'd probably seen at least 6 times before last night. Oh my god does that trailer show wayyyyyy to much. If you want a fun spooky halloween movie, I say go for it.
