No kidding. I've got grievances! I'm getting fat again so I've been in the gym like a madman. (It's working) I have to race tonight. My regular Thursday night ski racing league. Trouble is I've been skiing non-stop since 8:30 this morning. I've logged around 29k in vertical feet. That's 1 Mt. Everest for anyone wondering. My knees are ***** shot. And I feel like a ***** Garth Brooks song! The white lights getting longer, and the saddles getting cold.....I'm much to young to feel this damn old.

No new clothes! I don't do enough weight or eat enough to bulk up. I like super high reps and flexibility and lean muscle. I can't be buying a new wardrobe lol. I only go heavy on leg day. Loosen up with weighted lunges and some hamstring work, then it's off to the squat rack. Gotta have quads for ski racing.

The new year gym crowd hasn't been too bad. I just have to accept that I can't always do my workouts in the order that my OCD would prefer I do them. I'm doing a lot more weight training for fat loss instead of cardio. We'll see how this goes. Should be good.
