instant reaction ... Seamus Casey is much lower here than I've seen elsewhere Him and Ty Nelson look to be the two RHD who could be available mid to late RD 1. I haven't heard too much about Jiricek but he is often ranked near the bottom of the lottery picks. Brad Lambert is the 2022 version of Raty as he falls down the rankings. I doubt he falls as far as Raty but its definitely something to keep an eye on. He still has to rank top 5 in dynamic offensive players but I prefer Cooley and Savoie. If the Sabres once again lean towards Russians - Gleb Trikozov is a name to watch He hasnt done to much at the VHL level but has 7 goals in 8 MHL games. Described as a smooth skating two way forward, competitive and plays with pace. Ruslan Gazizov is ranked 50th by Craig and isn't on that many ranking lists. Plays for the knights and from what little I've seen of him, Im going to guess that he will be appearing on more and more as the season continues.

strong NO UPL stays in Rochester. Seems he is finally finding his game. His long term development is way more important than the next stretch for the Sabres. Same for Quinn, Krebs and JJ Keep them in the minors till after the break. Samuelsson is the only one who I would want to see promoted at this time. Hard to believe he was on the waiver wire about a year ago.

100% get him an NHL contract ASAP. If he doesn't sign, you trade him.

I dont get ranking that have that have Savoie at 8 or so. I guess he isn't a "complete" player with his defensive game but has all the offensive tools you could want. Though, I have read where people are not convinced he translates to an NHL center

Assuming they are completely healthy and no trades are made to bring in a new roster player whats the lineup for the last game of the season? the in is pretty easy the injured - Tuch, Mittlestadt, Olofsson and Joker But who is up from the Amerks? does Power sign? How about Rosen? Who are the Outs ??

I looked at Scouching. (Think he is future considerations now) He had Quinn at 22 and JJ at 23 hence why he was still a little sceptical of Quinn on his live chat thing last week

Ive tried to watch the Ice when I can this year. He has an incredibly accurate shot. Seen him score from insane angles a couple of times. If Sabres don’t get Wright , I really like Savoie My guess is that his analytics weren’t great coming into the draft. I know the Scouching guy isn’t that high on him. His tracking had Rossi as a much better prospect Though he admitted he hasn’t watched much AHL so far this season I would add that Quinn is also a kid that works hard to get better.

Sounds a little bit like the book on Quinn in that he is a goal scorers but relies on people setting him up. Would you agree ? Though watching Quinn with the Amerks, he seems like he can drive play and distribute pretty well after the Amerks game. I’m gonna see if I can find the US u18 game online from earlier today. Though maybe he is hesitant since Kakko has struggled after scoring lots in Finland For me; it’s Wright , Savoie and Cooley as my top “wants “ for the Sabres

Definitely. Put them in the CHL and they are probably at the top of the leading scorers list. Playing vs Men is a struggle for both at their current size

Most 21 year old Dmen are still in the minors. It’s unfortunate that Buffalo decided to have them learn the Pro game in the NHL rather than AHL. Hedman is the PERFECT example Took till 23 to find his way.

The chemistry between JJ and Jack is off the charts. Hopefully the put Krebs between them full time. Malone is a fine player but doesn’t have the skill and creativity that others do
