They definitely have to decide what’s best for the player here. Him following in the footsteps of Casey and spending some time in Rochester might just be best.

Not to be a downer but Poltapov looks like he might have suffered a major injury. Crawled off the ice after taking a knee on knee hit today. Happened with about 10mins to go in the game -
I like the idea of putting the line together in the AHL and let them build chemistry. Will be an important line in the years coming

I’m still surprised that neither Bailey or Baptiste were able to have meaningful NHL careers. maybe there is still hope for Bailey in Vancouver for a bottom line role? Baptiste is in Sweden I think. -
I think they should keep the line of Pekkera Cozens and Quinn together a few games with Buffalo to start the season ahl Nov to the end of the Olympic break. assuming they are doing well in Rochester , bring them up to Buffalo for the remainder of season. Back to Rochester for playoffs let Dylan put up points and dominate at a lower level. Plus less time dealing with the 12 car pileup that the Sabres are going to be

Brad Lamber has started really slow this year. 7 games 1 assist Was scratched yesterday Meanwhile his teammate Kemell (think #9 on bobs list) has 9 points through 8 games its early but hopefully he isn’t 2022s version of Ratty

Looking forward to going to see the Bulldogs. North Bay is one of the teams I want to see this year They may have 3 or 4 first rounders. Nothing wrong with grabbing a RHD with One of them

I'm actually excited for this Sabres season, no expectations

The other thing I looking forward to is seeing guys not named Dylan Cozens drop the gloves” . this will be a team that stands up for each other. won’t be crazy like the mid 90s teams (in terms of fighting) but a team that opponents will have to bring effort in order to beat Wow the optimism coming from the East Coast of Canada!!! I don’t necessarily agree but I like it 👍 -

I agree. Just take it one game at a time. No worries about standings wherever they finish they finish just entertain me with fast paced , offensive minded hockey -

Corey Pronmans rankings “I know what you’re thinking, yes Buffalo is No. 1 and by a decent margin, too. The Sabres have two franchise-pillar defensemen in Rasmus Dahlin and Owen Powerwhom you can envision being core pieces of a good team. Dylan Cozens is an excellent prospect, and there is a moderate-sized list of very intriguing young players who could help the Sabres down the line. Rebuilds are at times long and painful. The last iteration for the Sabres did not work, and the moves they made recently and will make regarding Jack Eichel will likely set them back, not speed up the process. ”
